The best school lunch
A lot of great articles appear at this time of year with tips for parents on how to make healthy school lunches for kids.
Healthy lunches are good. But we thought we’d take a fun approach this September and ask kids at the House what they’d like for lunch if they could have anything they wanted. While not all the choices are healthy, we’re inclined to give them a bit of a break.

Aliviah, 10: “Chocolate milk and sliced cucumbers, with no skin! In my puppy dog lunch bag!"
Patrick, 11: “The ideal lunch for me is a McDonald’s cheeseburger, medium fries with lots of ketchup and a small coke. If I’m still hungry later on, I’d like apple slices with caramel sauce.”
