You may soon notice a change in some of our communications.

Ronald McDonald House Toronto is expanding its name to officially become Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto, and we're launching a new logo to reflect this.

On the surface, the changes are simple, but they are rich in meaning.

“Our expanded name reflects the increasingly broad scope of our work,” says Jane Marco, CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Toronto.

While most people know of us as a House that provides a “home away from home” for families of seriously ill children, we also operate Family Rooms in three GTA hospitals. We are also home to a fully accredited school for sick children and their siblings staying at the House.

While 798 families stayed in the House last year, we also served close to 1,300 families in our Family Rooms. This number will increase dramatically as we continue to expand our Family Room operations to additional hospitals this year and into the future.
