Anatol worked for close to 30 years in various positions in both Canadian and international banking with Scotiabank. Most recently, he served as Group Head, Canadian Banking and as Executive Vice President, Personal and Commercial Banking, Canada. 

Anatol sits on the Senate for the 48th Highlanders of Canada and is on the Boards of Alma Children's Education Foundation and UNICEF Canada. He is married and has two daughters.
