Joe is Executive Vice-President and Chief Information Officer at Manulife Financial, a position he has held since 2007. He is responsible for managing Manulife’s Global Services which includes advancing the company’s effective use of information technology and directs the Global Resourcing operations within Manulife’s Business Processing Services Centres in the Philippines, China and Malaysia. He also oversees the Global Expense Management and Sourcing function, which delivers overall governance and an infrastructure framework to support Manulife's global procurement activities. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts, Commerce and Economics degree from the University of Toronto.

When I was approached by Ronald McDonald House Charities Toronto, I quickly jumped at the chance to join the Board. I was previously involved with RMH New York while living in the U.S., and saw it as a great way to give to an incredibly worthy cause.”
