Kate is a partner at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto.  A corporate mergers & acquisitions lawyer by profession, Kate has also done extensive work with not-for-profits including Right To Play, and Maison d'hébergement pour femmes francophones. Kate is a native of Montreal and is fluent in French. She spent four years as a corporate lawyer in London, England and Paris, France.  She is married and has three children.
