KIDS HELPING KIDS in support of Toronto’s Ronald McDonald House
The families and children of Toronto’s Ronald McDonald House would like to thank you and your family so much for your past support of Toddle for Tots – a day of fun where kids helping kids truly did make a difference – we couldn’t have done it without you!
With no Toddle this year, we are really excited about creating an awesome new fundraising event that will continue to feature "kids helping kids" with the family focus that has been at the core of Toddle for Tots since it began in 1994. Click here to view some "toddle through the years" memories. Keep checking back here for updates on the new event.
HOW YOU KIDS CAN STILL HELP!
To continue supporting Toronto’s Ronald McDonald House and "kids helping kids" here are some fun and easy ways to stay involved:
* collecting donations for the House instead of gifts at your next birthday party, bar/bat mitzvah, graduation or holiday,
* have a “Dress up” or “Casual Day” at school asking for $2 to participate,
* set up a lemonade stand and donate the proceeds to the House,
* have a charity car wash or yard sale in your neighbourhood,
* donate your allowance or piggy bank savings for a week,
* instead of buying a gift for someone else, make a donation in that person’s honour to Toronto’s Ronald McDonald House (i.e. Mother’s/Father’s Day/Christmas/Valentine’s Day/teacher gift).
* Organize “candy grams” or “valentine grams” at your school and donate the proceeds to the House,
* Guess the number of jellybeans/marshmallows/marbles in the jar; $1 for each guess; the winner can take home the jar!
* Be creative and come up with a new fundraising idea!
Kids truly do make a difference!
